(OCR) technology to extract text from scanned Document

We are looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a feature for our web application, which is built on ASP.NET and MS SQL, hosted on an AWS server. The primary goal of this project is to automate the data entry process. Currently, our data entry operator manually types all invoice details into the system, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
Project Scope:
Invoice Scanning:
Develop a functionality that allows operators to scan invoices using a scanner or mobile device.
Implement Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to extract text from scanned invoices.
Data Display:
Once the invoice is scanned, the extracted information should be displayed on the screen of our web application for operator confirmation.
The information must be organized and easy to review, highlighting any discrepancies or errors.
Data Entry:
After the operator confirms the accuracy of the extracted information, the data should be automatically populated into the appropriate fields in our software.
Support for Multiple Formats:
The solution must be adaptable to handle invoices from different customers, as each may follow a unique invoice format.
Implement a system that can recognize and properly extract data from various formats without extensive manual configuration.
Requirements:
Proven experience in developing OCR solutions and integrating them with web applications.
Familiarity with ASP.NET, MS SQL, and AWS hosting.
