OCR Number extracting using the python

I'm looking for a talented Python developer to help me extract OCR numbers from complex images into an output format of my choice. I have a series of images that need these numbers extracted - some of them are of a high complexity due to the amount of data contained within them. Additionally, these numbers are densely packed and difficult to discern.
The images will be provided as JPG files, with the final output data format to be in either a CSV file or an SQL Database - whatever is easiest for the developer to work with. The ideal developer will have extensive knowledge of Python programming and be able to quickly and accurately extract the data and convert it into the specified format.
Anybody who can take up this project, please do bid on it as I am looking for a reliable and fast programmer who is comfortable working with complex images.
