OCR-Based Invoice Automation
Budget: ₹3,000 – ₹7,000 INR
We have our own ERP for accounting and inventory control, develioped using Spring Boot and Angular. I am in need of an experienced developer who can assist in integrating various PDF formats of invoices through the use of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. The primary objective of this task is to streamline and automate the processing of invoices. Initially we can focus only on Sales Modules in which we have 2-3 formats of invoice and which need to be imported automatically in the entry module.
Key Project Details:
- The PDF invoices I frequently deal with come in both scanned image and digital (text-based) formats.
- The extracted data from these invoices must be:
- Directly integrated into Sales and Purchase Invoice Module for further processing
- Exported to Excel/CSV files
- Directly integrated into accounting software
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in OCR technology
- Strong background in invoice processing and automation
- Experience with integrating software systems, particularly accounting and invoicing modules
- Ability to work with both scanned image and digital PDFs
- Proficient in data export to Excel/CSV files
