Live YouTube OCR Tool

I need a custom OCR tool that extracts plain text from live YouTube streams and automatically pastes it into a browser-based form on my MacBook. This is for a giveaway and needs to be done very quickly.

Requirements:
- Extract text as it appears
- Paste into a designated browser-based form
- Trigger action with two buttons (apply and continue)
- Connect MacBook via LAN for fast internet
