Image Typing & PDF-Excel Conversions

I have a batch of image files that contain straight-forward text documents. I need each one accurately re-typed so the content is editable, and then converted back and forth between PDF and Excel as required. In practice, you will:

• transcribe the text from the images with zero spelling errors,
• create clean, well-formatted Excel sheets from that text when the data lends itself to tabular form,
• export finished versions to PDF, and—when I supply spreadsheets—bring them back into Excel again without losing layout or formula integrity.

Please keep original formatting as close as possible, use OCR only when it improves speed without sacrificing accuracy, and run a quick spell-check before delivery. Final deliverables are the polished Excel workbooks and their matching PDFs, plus the editable text files for each image.
