Image Document Data Transcription

I have a batch of images and scanned documents that need to be converted into clean, editable text. Every line must be typed with care, preserving names, numbers, and any special notation exactly as they appear in the originals.

I’m flexible on the final format—Excel, Word, or plain text—so long as the data is organised clearly and is easy for me to search and copy later. Let’s agree on the template before you begin to avoid back-and-forth.

Accuracy is the priority. Feel free to use OCR or other data-capture tools to speed up the first pass, but finish with a meticulous manual review so the final file is error-free. All source files are confidential, so please handle them securely and delete them once the job is approved.

If you can deliver the fully transcribed set within a week (or sooner), I’d like to hear how you’ll tackle the job and maintain quality along the way.
