High-Volume PDF to Word Conversion

I have more than 50 PDF pages that need to be rebuilt in Word while keeping the original look intact. The files are mostly straightforward—simple text blocks and clean paragraph spacing—but a portion of the pages are image-based, so reliable OCR will be required to capture every word accurately.

My goal is a single, well-structured .docx that mirrors the source files in font choice, headings, margins, and spacing, with zero lost characters or broken lines. Manual proofing after OCR is essential so the final document is ready for editing or re-formatting on my side without further cleanup.

I typically handle light fixes myself, so I’ll review the finished file against the original PDFs. If anything is off-alignment or mis-spelled, I’ll return notes for a quick touch-up. Tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or built-in Word OCR are fine as long as the end result meets the criteria above.
