Handwritten Images to Editable Word
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I’m looking for someone who can take several scanned images of handwritten pages and turn them into fully editable Microsoft Word files. The text has to be selectable and modifiable, yet still mirror the original page layout, line breaks, headings, underlines—every visual cue that appears in the images. Accuracy is essential because I plan to continue editing the document once it’s in Word, so any deviation from the handwritten source will slow me down.
You may use OCR tools, manual transcription, or a mix of both as long as the end result preserves the exact formatting and reads cleanly. When you’re done, send back a single .docx file (or multiple files, if you prefer to match my image naming) that opens without font substitution warnings and allows straightforward editing.
If this sounds like something you can deliver with a high level of precision, please let me know how quickly you can complete the job and any relevant experience you have with handwritten OCR or transcription work.
