I have a collection of handwritten French birth certificates, each supplied to you as an individual scanned image. Your task is simple but demands accuracy: read every certificate and enter its key details into a single Excel worksheet.
For every image, I need one row in the spreadsheet containing
• Child’s full name
• Complete date of birth (day / month / year)
• Place of birth
• Father’s full name
• Mother’s full name
Most documents are cursive and in French, so proven experience with handwriting transcription, French‐language records, or tools such as ABBYY FineReader, Tesseract, or similar handwriting‐capable OCR will help you work faster—though manual verification is essential, as I will be cross-checking the final file against the originals.
Deliver the finished .xlsx file with all fields cleanly separated and accents preserved.
