I’m looking for a reliable data-entry specialist to convert a stack of financial PDF documents into clean, well-structured Word and Excel files.
The source files include balance sheets, income statements, and a few scanned receipts. I need every figure copied with absolute accuracy, preserved formatting where it matters, and basic formulas inserted so totals update automatically when numbers change.
Scope of work
• Convert each PDF to an editable Word version that keeps headings, tables, and footnotes intact.
• Build an Excel workbook from the same data—one worksheet per document—with consistent column labels, currency formatting, and cross-checked totals.
• Flag any illegible or ambiguous figures so I can clarify them quickly.
