Extract Emails from 700 HEIC Images

I’m sitting on a folder of 700+ HEIC screenshots that each display a client’s name and email address in the very same spot every time. Rather than key them in by hand, I want an OCR-driven workflow that:

• Reads every image
• Captures the name and corresponding email (they are in a consistent, structured format)
• Exports a clean CSV where each row holds exactly one name and one email

I’m flexible on the engine—Tesseract, Google Vision, Adobe OCR, or another tool if it’s faster or more accurate—but the output must be reliable enough for direct import into my CRM. Please include whichever script, notebook, or command-line instructions you use so I can rerun the process if new images come in.

Acceptance: a single CSV with 700+ rows that matches the source images, plus the runnable code or documented steps that produced it.
