Experienced Developer Needed for OCR Integration

We are seeking an experienced developer to integrate an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) process into our existing Resume Builder. This feature will allow users to upload their current resumes and automatically populate the necessary fields in our template using the extracted data.

Project Requirements:

Resume Upload Interface:

Develop a user-friendly interface for uploading resumes in various formats (PDF, DOCX, JPEG, etc.).
OCR Integration:

Implement OCR using Tesseract OCR, Google Cloud Vision, or AWS Textract to extract text from uploaded resumes.
Preprocessing:

Use image preprocessing techniques (OpenCV, PIL) to enhance OCR accuracy, including converting documents to a suitable format if necessary.
Text Parsing and NLP:

Utilize NLP libraries (like SpaCy) to parse the extracted text and identify key fields (name, contact details, education, work experience, skills, etc.).
Template Population:

Automatically populate the predefined resume template with the extracted data.
Backend and Frontend Integration:

Develop a backend server (preferably in Python using Flask or Django) to handle the upload and processing of resumes.
Integrate the frontend interface with the backend for seamless user experience.
