I will provide the source PDFs and expect back clean .docx or .xlsx files ready for immediate use in Microsoft Word and Excel. Automated tools such as Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader, or equivalent are fine as long as the output meets the “looks-identical” requirement. A quick proofread for OCR errors or misplaced figures is part of the job.
