Enterprise Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform (React, Supabase, OCR, Integrations)

We are seeking a senior development agency or highly experienced full-stack architect to build a highly secure, complex B2B SaaS platform. To protect our intellectual property, specific business logic will only be shared under an NDA.
At a high level, this is a heavy data-processing and workflow automation platform. It features a dual-sided architecture:
Admin Control Plane: An internal portal for our team to manage global master datasets, provision new tenants, and oversee infrastructure.
Secure Tenant Workspace: Isolated environments for our enterprise clients to interact with data, manage internal workflows, process documents, and connect their own third-party tools.
Architectural & Tech Stack Requirements
The platform must be built with a strict focus on loose coupling, high performance, and zero-leakage data isolation.
Frontend: React, Vite, Tailwind CSS (v4), TanStack Router.
Backend/Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL).
Architecture Pattern: Direct-to-database frontend queries secured strictly by Row Level Security (RLS). Supabase Edge Functions must be used for privileged operations (e.g., schema provisioning), intensive background jobs, and handling external API secrets.
Core Technical Modules to be Developed
1. Advanced Multi-Tenancy & Provisioning
Automated Onboarding: Pipeline to spin up isolated database environments/schemas for new organizations.
Tier & Feature Management: Granular subscription tiers and feature-flag toggling (global and per-tenant).
Cross-Tenant Telemetry: Internal dashboards for tracking storage, API usage, and system health across the database fleet.
2. Intelligent Document Processing (DMS & OCR)
Document Workflows: Secure upload, storage, and version control for sensitive user files.
OCR/ICR Pipeline: Implement Intelligent/Optical Character Recognition to automatically extract, parse, and map text from uploaded documents into the database.
DMS Integrations: Bi-directional syncing with third-party Document Management Systems (e.g., Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive).
3. Dynamic Integration & Connectivity Hub
We require a generic, schema-driven integration engine, avoiding hardcoded point-to-point API connections where possible.
Dynamic Connectors: The Admin Plane will define required authentication fields via JSON schemas. The Tenant App will dynamically generate UI forms for users to input their external API keys.
Meeting & Communications: Infrastructure to support OAuth/API connections to tools like Google Meet and Microsoft Teams for automated scheduling and alerting.
Secure Vault: External tenant credentials must be routed through Edge Functions, encrypted, and stored safely for background operations.
4. Complex State & Master Data Management
Global Datasets: Build an admin editor to manage massive, deeply nested global datasets (with version control, draft/publish states, and diffing features).
Tenant Inheritance: Logic for tenants to subscribe to, inherit, and safely interact with these global datasets without altering the master records.
5. Security, IAM & Access Control
Global Policy Engine: A central engine to define default ABAC (Attribute-Based) and RBAC (Role-Based) access templates pushed to new tenants.
Immutable Audit Logging: Tracking all system and user modifications for strict compliance.
What We Are Looking For in a Bidder
Proven Enterprise Experience: You must have a portfolio of complex B2B SaaS applications handling sensitive data.
Supabase Expertise: You must deeply understand PostgreSQL, PostgREST, and how to architect bulletproof Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Bidders proposing to wrap every standard database query in a custom Node.js middle-tier will be rejected; we want to leverage the speed of the BaaS architecture.
Security First: Experience with data encryption, secure credential vaults, and handling OAuth flows.
To Bid: Please provide examples of similar multi-tenant SaaS platforms you have built, your approach to enforcing data isolation in PostgreSQL, and your estimated timeline for delivering the core technical modules listed above.
