Enhancing AI & OCR for Document Analysis (PT-BR)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for an experienced developer to work on enhancing the AI, OCR, and machine learning capabilities of an existing document analysis platform. Our 'Rules' area.
Our system is used by HR and compliance teams to analyze scanned PDF documents (e.g., health and safety certificates), compare them against a regulatory template, and generate structured reports with approval or rejection status.
This is not a project from scratch, the core system is already built. Your mission will be to improve the intelligence layer, especially around automated reading, comparison, and classification.
Key Objectives
• Improve OCR accuracy and flexibility to handle low-quality scans and varying layouts
• Enhance the AI/ML logic used to compare document content with standard templates
• Automate identification of missing or incorrect fields using rule-based or trained models
• Enable multi-file upload and batch processing with separate reports per document
• Optimize performance and scalability of the AI/OCR pipeline
• Work in alignment with the current frontend/backend structure (we will onboard you)
