On-Demand AI Document Review integration in Laravel CRM

I need an on-demand AI-powered document review feature added to my existing Laravel CRM.
Core Requirement:
Users should be able to click “Review with AI” on a case. The system analyses uploaded documents (PDFs, DOCX, scanned images like passports & IDs), detects inconsistencies with previously submitted data, and generates a clear report.
Key Features:

Support for PDFs, DOCX, and scanned image PDFs
Basic OCR for scanned documents (passports, IDs, etc.)
Detect cross-document mismatches, timeline gaps, missing evidence, and red flags
Queue the job, show results as a structured report in the case view
Save report and logs to the case record

Not Required for MVP (Out of Scope):

Automatic review on file upload
Continuous monitoring
Advanced / high-accuracy OCR (basic text extraction is enough)
Inline document highlighting
Complex dashboard or analytics
Full automation or AI decision-making
Docker setup for OCR (unless quoted separately)
GitHub Actions / advanced CI

Tech Stack: Existing Laravel 10 CRM with MySQL. The developer can use OpenAI, Claude/Anthropic, or another suitable AI API. Please recommend the simplest and most cost-effective integration. OCR/scanned document support is not required for the MVP and should be quoted separately.
