Create a hindi ocr text document

I have a hindi pdf document. I require its accurate ocr version. I have tried other websites but unable to get an accurate hindi ocr. There are total 36 pages in this document. Unable to upload complete file due to size constraints. If the ocr is good I would extend the project to other documents as well. The price can be negotiated.
