I need to move text locked inside a batch of PDF documents and a few scanned images into a single, well-ordered Excel workbook. Every piece of content you enter will be text only—no numbers, formulas, or calculations—so the job is all about careful transcription and tidy formatting.
You will receive a sample sheet that shows the exact column order and cell style I’m after. Use whatever method works best for you—Adobe Acrobat, an OCR tool, or straightforward manual typing—as long as the end result is a clean .xlsx file that mirrors the sample layout.
Acceptance criteria
• One consolidated Excel file with every line of text placed in the correct columns
• No stray line breaks, merged cells, or missing characters
• 100 % spelling consistency with the source material
Turnaround is flexible, but I’d like periodic progress updates so I can review sections as they’re completed. When you reply, let me know roughly how long you’ll need and any similar data-entry or OCR projects you’ve handled before.
