I have a collection of PDF documents whose text needs to be lifted out and placed neatly into an Excel spreadsheet. No images or other file types are involved—just the written content.

What I need from you: take every word from the PDFs and reproduce it accurately in Excel, preserving the natural breaks so the sheet remains readable and easy to sort or filter later. If a new section starts on a fresh PDF page, signal that in a clear, consistent way (a blank row or new tab is fine—let’s discuss which suits the data best).

The finished deliverable is a single .xlsx file containing all the extracted text. Accuracy comes first, so please use reliable tools—Adobe Acrobat, solid OCR software, or your preferred method—to ensure no characters are missed or altered.
