I need the entire document—every line of text and every table—transferred into an Excel workbook while keeping the layout and cell formatting as close to the original as possible. Preserving correct Arabic encoding is essential; the resulting file must open cleanly in Excel with right-to-left alignment where appropriate and no garbled characters.
