Connect OCR reader with Smartsheet
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Our company receives mainly 2 types of documents in pdf: 1) invoices with a standard QR code for Portuguese invoices; 2) other documents with no QR code.
The goals are:
for type 1) recommend and implement an affordable OCR app which reads the invoices QR codes (in bulk) and selects only the necessary fields.
for type 2) the same OCR app must allow to define templates for sub-types of documents with no QR code by partner (e.g. invoices from partner X, invoices from partner Y, ...). Each template has the rules for extracting only specific fields
Then, each extracted row processed by the OCR app should be sent to Smartsheet app and update some fields in a specific row in a specific Smartsheet file, provided manually.
