I’m working with a single-page contract that currently exists only as a scanned PDF. Every mention of the original company must be swapped out for my own company name—there are quite a few occurrences scattered across the page. I don’t need any special logo or fancy typography; plain text is fine as long as it lines up neatly with the surrounding wording so the document still looks like the original.

You can approach this however you prefer (OCR, re-typesetting in Word or InDesign, etc.) but the finished file has to come back to me as an editable PDF so I can make future tweaks if needed.

Deliverable
• One-page, fully editable PDF contract with every instance of the old company name replaced by my new one, layout and spacing intact.

Accuracy and a quick turnaround are the priorities. Let me know if you need the scanned file or my company name in a different format before you start.

I need ti have our company Logo on the top of the agreement
