Build Excel from 14 Scanned Catalog Images (Data Extraction + Formulas)

I need an experienced freelancer to extract all product data from 14 scanned catalog images (PDF) and build a clean Excel (.xlsx) sheet. OCR is fine, but manual verification is required to ensure accuracy.

Product details to extract:
Quantity (blank/0)
- Product Name
- SKU/Code
- Pack/Unit (e.g., KG 20, L 2,5, 183x640mm)
- List Price (EUR, excl. VAT)
- My Discount (%)
- My Price (EUR, excl. VAT) – formula
Total excl. VAT – formula (Qty × My Price)

CSV export of the same data (no formulas).
Keep page order where possible.
Normalize packaging (e.g., “L2,5” → “L 2,5”).
Currency: EUR, decimal comma (e.g., 57,90).

Quality Requirements
- Complete coverage: every visible product captured (distinct SKU + pack = one line).
- Correct prices and packs, including lines where dimension + price are on the same line (e.g., 183x640mm €380,00).
- No formatting issues (hidden spaces, wrong decimal separators, mixed EUR symbols).
