I have several legal documents in Spanish supplied as PDFs. Your job is to pull the text out of each file—using the OCR tool of your choice—and then translate it into clear, neutral-tone English. The material ranges from contracts to sworn statements, so accuracy with legal terminology is essential, yet no sworn or certified translation is required.
You will receive about ten PDFs, each averaging fifteen pages. Once the text is extracted, lay out the Spanish paragraph first and place the English version directly beneath it so I can compare them side by side. A simple Word or Google Docs file is fine; keep headings, numbering, and any clause references consistent with the original.
Deliverables
• One bilingual .docx (or Google Docs) file per PDF
• All text proof-read after OCR; no visible recognition errors
• English rendering faithful to meaning, with smooth, natural phrasing
