Accurate PDF Text Extraction

I have a PDF that I need converted into fully editable text. Once we begin I will share the file; your task is simply to extract every character exactly as it appears—no missing lines, no added formatting—and hand the content back to me in a clean, editable file. A Word document or plain-text file is fine so long as spelling, punctuation, and paragraph breaks match the source. If the PDF contains any special symbols or accented characters, they must come through intact.

Please work with whatever tools you trust—OCR, Adobe Acrobat, or your own scripting workflow—just be sure the final text is accurate and delivered ready for me to copy, search, and edit without further cleanup.
