This post is not for report writing. Need someone who specialises in creating reports in EXCEL.

The ideal freelancer for this project should have:

- Strong analytical skills to assess efficiency, cost and service quality
- Proficiency in tracking various logistics aspects
- Ability to create clear, concise and informative reports

The operations tracker should monitor:
- Shipment status
- Customs clearance
- Delivery timelines
- Cutoffs and deadlines
