Using dynamic programming, identify all possible ways to allocate the enthusiast to locations to maximize the total applications in agencies programs. This will help the mission director choose the best strategy based on additional operational priorities. For this;
a) Formulate a dynamic programming recursion to solve the problem.
b) Solve the problem using the dynamic programming recursion formulated in part (a). Use Excel for calculations.
c) Interpret the results.
