Virtual Sage 300 Corporate Training
Budget: ₹2,500 – ₹0 INR
I’m arranging an intermediate-level Sage 300 program for a corporate team and need an experienced trainer who can run the entire engagement online. The goal is to have our finance and operations staff confidently use Sage 300 day-to-day, so every session should be practical, demo-driven, and tailored to real business scenarios.
Core coverage
• Financial Management: GL, AP, AR, bank services, period-end routines.
• Operations Management: inventory control, order entry, purchase orders, data integrity checks.
• Payroll Management: core payroll cycle, statutory compliance, reporting, year-end tasks.
Scope of work
• Design a structured syllabus that fits an intermediate audience—assume they already know basic accounting concepts but have limited Sage 300 exposure.
• Deliver live virtual classes (Zoom, Teams, or similar) with screen-sharing, hands-on walkthroughs, and interactive Q&A.
• Provide slide decks, step-by-step practice exercises, and a demo database so participants can follow along between sessions.
• Record each session and share links within 24 hours.
• Conduct a short skills assessment at the end and supply a consolidated feedback report highlighting next-step recommendations.
Logistics & timeline
I’m flexible on dates but expect the complete program to run over two consecutive weeks, approximately 12–15 instructional hours in total. Kindly include your proposed schedule, any prerequisite software setup, and past corporate training references when you reply.
Acceptance criteria
• Syllabus approved before kickoff.
• All promised materials delivered in editable format.
• Participant satisfaction score of 4/5 or higher in the closing survey.
If you have a strong record of Sage 300 delivery and enjoy interactive teaching, I’d love to review your plan.
