Startup Ops & Project Lead

I need a sharp freelance Operations / Project Lead who can step in a few hours each day and keep our fast-moving business operations on track. Day to day you will coordinate a fully remote team, build and refine the processes that keep us efficient, and own the planning and delivery of several concurrent projects from kickoff through launch.

You should already be comfortable living inside modern project-management software (we currently use Asana but are open to your suggestions), pulling quick insights from data analysis tools such as Excel or Looker Studio, and keeping our pipeline organised in a CRM system like HubSpot or Salesforce. Because our work touches every part of the company, an instinct for spotting blockers early and turning them into clear action items is essential.

Our industry focus is business operations itself, so you will have direct influence on how the company runs. Expect to work closely with the founders on priorities, sprint schedules, and measurable KPIs. Availability across multiple time zones is a plus, but I care more about predictable check-ins, fast communication, and results.
