Solo entrepreneur needs operations and systems strategist and Do-it-all point person!

I need a consultant whose focus is understanding a solopreneur's business and getting them up and running from a technology perspective, from soup to nuts. Someone who gives recommendations, when it comes to building a website, software, including email, accounting, project tracking, client database, time tracking, etc., then sets the programs up, ensures they work seamlessly, and trains me on them.

Can anyone tell me what type of person does this? A title I can search for online? Operations or systems strategist? Or better yet, can you give me the name of someone who does this for a living?
