Short-Term Rental Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Short-Term Rental Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vacation rental properties. The Operations Manager will be responsible for guest communication, property maintenance, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Manage guest inquiries, bookings, and reservations.
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and repair services.
Conduct property inspections and ensure units are in optimal condition.
Address guest issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Monitor property performance and implement strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or hospitality leadership role.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
Proficiency with property management software is preferred.
