Senior Virtual Assistant Ready to Run Operations (Full-Time, Mon–Fri)

Are you an experienced VA or executive assistant who's outgrown task lists and is ready to actually run the show? We're a performance-focused growth marketing agency looking for someone to take full ownership of keeping our operations on track - so the founder can focus entirely on sales.

This is a step up from typical VA work. You won't just be doing tasks - you'll be the person making sure everyone else's tasks get done, on time.

>What You'll Take Ownership Of
You keep momentum across every client deliverable - making sure nothing stalls, deadlines are met, and gaps are filled. The founder runs sales; you run the operational follow-through.

>What You'll Do
- Track where every deliverable stands and keep things moving toward the finish line: published, or sent to the client for approval.
- Follow up with the team persistently so nothing slips - escalating with a message or a quick call when needed.
- Be the buffer with clients and the founder - calm, warm, professional communication, always.
- Send the founder 4 short status updates a day so he stays confident and focused.
- Solve problems independently first, and bring the founder only what truly needs him.

>Who We're Looking For
- Experienced as a VA, EA, or ops/admin coordinator - and ready for more responsibility.
- Self-directed. You don't need hand-holding; you take initiative and own outcomes.
- Warm, reliable, and persistent. People trust you to follow through.
- Calm with shifting priorities and comfortable making judgment calls.
- Low-ego and genuinely motivated by keeping things running smoothly.

>Why This Is A Step Up
This role grows with the trust you earn. The more reliably you keep things on track, the more you'll own.

>How To Apply
- A short intro (5–8 sentences): describe your VA/ops experience and a time you took real ownership of keeping things on track without being told to.
- A 2-minute answer: A teammate hasn't replied to an urgent request in 30 minutes, a client is frustrated in an email thread, and the founder is in back-to-back sales calls. Walk us through exactly what you do, in order.

If you're ready to move from doing tasks to owning operations, we'd love to hear from you.
