Risk Management Plan

I am looking for a professional to create a comprehensive Risk Management Plan for my entire organization. This plan must be able to identify, assess, mitigate, control, monitor, and review risks that may affect our organization. It should cover everything from financial, operational, legal, customer, security, regulatory, and environmental risks. I need the plan to be completed within 1-3 months and any results must be presented in an easily understandable manner. An understanding of risk management processes is a must.
