Remote Operations Manager Needed for TrainThemAI

Looking for a remote Operations Manager for my AI/robotics startup TrainThemAI. We collect first-person video of household tasks for an AI training client in the US.

THE ROLE:
- Recruit remote video operators in your country or region (Telegram, local job boards, your network)
- Onboard new operators on our Slack and recording platform
- Run quality spot-checks on uploaded videos
- Keep operators active, handle their questions, resolve basic technical issues

IDEAL PROFILE:
- Previous experience as a team lead, in team building, or recruiting and managing remote teams
- Fluent in English or Spanish
- Comfortable with Slack, Telegram, and basic spreadsheets
- Self-driven, results-oriented

PAY: Performance-based, tied to the hours of approved video your team produces. Specific numbers we discuss in chat with serious candidates.

2-week paid trial period. Any country.
