I am expanding my animal-care business to cover three complementary areas and I’d like a skilled partner who can help me set them up smoothly and professionally.
First, I want to offer a full grooming package—wash, dry, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, the whole spa treatment. I already have a basic workspace and standard equipment, but I need guidance on workflow, product selection, sanitation protocols, and any advanced tools (high-velocity dryers, de-shedding blades, etc.) that will make the service stand out.
Second, I plan to add long-distance pet transport. This includes everything from preparing travel crates and health paperwork to routing, scheduling, and vehicle fit-out.
