We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Project Manager to streamline our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on Team Leadership
- Performance Evaluation: Assess and enhance team productivity.
- Training and Development: Design and implement training programs, SOPs, KPI and Dashboards.
- Organize and prioritize project tasks.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership in operations within a CPG environment.
- Strong background in team management and organization.
- Excellent communication skills.
Looking for candidates with a track record of effectively managing teams and projects in a fast-paced setting.
Must be available as early as 6 AM daily and several hours between 8-4 EST.
