We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to supervise day-to-day field operations, staff coordination, client follow-up, and service quality across multiple sites. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and the ability to manage large teams.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage all operational teams across different cities
• Coordinate workforce schedules, rotations, shifts, and replacements
• Ensure service quality and compliance with client contracts
• Conduct site inspections and performance audits
• Resolve operational issues quickly and proactively
• Manage reporting, escalation procedures, and communication with management
• Support HR in evaluating and disciplining staff when needed
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to their needs
Profile Required
• Minimum 4+ years experience in operations, supervision, or team management
• Strong leadership, authority, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage people in the field (not a desk-only position)
• Fluent in French (Arabic or English is a plus)
• Experience in security, facility management, logistics, or construction is a strong advantage
• Must be based in Brazzaville or willing to relocate (housing support can be discussed)
