Operations & Customer Success Executive Needed

We’re looking for a hands-on freelancer to manage daily operations and customer success for Food Platform i.e Swaaad.com , a platform connecting users with home chefs.
Scope of Work
Call and support users to resolve queries & improve conversions
Coordinate with home chefs for order clarity and smooth preparation
Manage end-to-end order flow (placement → delivery)
Handle real-time issues (delays, cancellations, escalations)
Follow up with inactive or drop-off users to drive repeat orders
Share weekly insights on orders, issues, and improvements
