Operations/Communications Team Lead Needed

We are an independent digital creator building an in-house communications team (no agencies).

We’re seeking an experienced Operations / Communications Team Lead with hands-on experience in real-time customer messaging, sales-driven conversations, and team training.

What you’ll do
    •    Lead and scale a remote messaging team
    •    Train, coach, and manage English-speaking operators
    •    Build scripts, workflows, and performance standards
    •    Monitor KPIs (response time, conversions, retention)
    •    Recruit or onboard additional team members (preferred)

Requirements
    •    Fluent English (written and conversational)
    •    Proven experience in paid messaging, chat sales, or subscription platforms
    •    Leadership or training experience required
    •    Strong discretion and professionalism
    •    Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
