Lead Alumni Operations Initiatives
Budget: $30 – $60 USD
LIAA seeks an enthusiastic, part-time Head of Operations who is strategically minded, financially and technically savvy, and has a successful track record of executing projects with limited direction.
Reporting to the Board President, this is the operational backbone of LIAA—driving programs, engagement, administration, and governance in alignment with our mission.
->Program Development & Execution (45% of role)
->Marketing & Engagement (20% of role)
->Operations/Admin/Oversight of Consultant(s) (15% of role)
->Financial Stewardship, Board Relations/Governance/Professionalization, Fund Raising (minimal)
Remote with limited in-person event attendance possible 1-2x per year.
Must have minimum Bachelor's degree level education, US based (preferable easy coast) and able to work in the US.
