Your focus areas are straightforward:

• Verifying that the vehicle assigned is fully wheelchair accessible before confirming the trip
• Staying available during the journey to answer calls or messages from riders and drivers, resolving any issues on the spot

Expect a steady, full-time workload: peak hours in the morning and afternoon plus on-call coverage in between. Clear communication, quick decision-making, and a genuine respect for riders’ independence are essential.
