We’re currently looking for a reliable and proactive Freelance Field Operations Associate (f/m/d) in Hamburg to support our local portfolio with on-site services. If you're someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the go, and being the person who makes things run smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll support day-to-day operations at various apartments in Hamburg. Typical tasks include:

YOUR MISSION
Handling check-ins and check-outs with tenants, including taking photos and completing handover protocols
Dropping off or collecting keys at designated key exchange locations
Letting in cleaners, photographers, or repair teams
Taking inventory photos and short videos of new apartments
Helping with basic maintenance tasks like changing a lightbulb or tightening a loose handle
Coordinating furniture deliveries or small setups, depending on your skill level
Reporting completed tasks via our internal tools

YOUR PROFILE
You’re based in Hamburg and comfortable moving between different neighborhoods
You’re punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented – since you’ll often be the face of Wunderflats on-site, representing our brand to both landlords and tenants
You have a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with tenants, cleaners, or vendors — you’ll often be the only in-person contact they have with us
You speak German and English fluently – most of our landlords are German-speaking, while many of our tenants have an international background
You’re confident using your smartphone for photos, navigation, and simple task reporting
You’re self-organized, able to follow protocols, and comfortable working independently
Bonus: You’ve worked in hospitality, real estate, or field service before
