install and configure a router with a Spanish IP using VPN

I’m from spain and i’ve come to work remotely to Vietnam.
When I try to connect to my work’s to internet, the pc can’t connect to it’s vpn because it’s Asia.
My idea is to buy a router, configure it’s IP to simulate it’s spanish wifi
