Create a connection over openVPN and connectconnexa to a device

Hello,
i have a Milesight ur32 LTE router and I need to connect to a device which is connected to the router. The router is on another place then my office. Now I have a Mac with parallels and windows. I need to connect to this device with a special software on this pc. I already set up the VPN connection. The Windows computer and the Milesight router are openVPN clients. But now I am stuck. I couldn't open the Milesight router backend over the vpn connection. I need someone who can help me with this. For someone who know what he do it will be done fast. I over teamviewer connection to the windows machine. I want to do it with cloudconnexa.
