Hi, we are looking for an outstanding development house to build us a class leading VPN service

the service will be a centralised CMS solution that will serve multiple websites 1-1000+



the project will allow us to sell to end users as well as become a vendor t sell to resellers. The CMS solution should allow us to create and add new websites to connect to our servers and we can select what servers and VPN services are available on each website/app



The service will

1) Be centralised

2) easy to add delete add VPN websites

3) support PPTP, L2TP, TCP/UDP, IKEv2 wireguard & Strong swan

4) have full billing and automation

The front ends can be added and deleted very easily and we can give resellers the ability to access their front end and add their own payment gateways / we would also like for adhoc resellers to use our payment gateways and we can then pay them monthly for the sales they generate or they can buy credits from us and use their own payment gateway.



At this time we are not looking for you to make the user apps.



WE are open as to what platforms this is built on, but this all has to be agreed before development starts.



We need a development house that will work on a FIXED TIME AND BUDGET. We get things over run but with good project planning and communication we need to get this delivered as close to on time as possible.

We expect a 10% fluctuant on anything that is outside of the scope of planning – but we hope we have included everything. We make project work by being honest and upfront.

WE will own all right to the software after development. The software house will have no right to re-use or resell this.

So to be clear you will deliver a fully functioning back end. Deploy the front end and deliver a full working windows cross platform .exe that will be successfully accepted into the windows store for the 3 initial websites.
