animation with parallelism and transformation

I am looking for someone to complete a mini graphic design project for me. This is a project that requires animation with parallelism and transformation using OpenGL. I'm looking for the result to be delivered in an animation file format along with the code. This is particularly done on windows and java code is required and there is already a skeleton code written and the project only requires some modification/addition to that code. please read the requirement carefully before making a bid.
