Motion vizualization

Hey,

So a short explanation what i want to have.
Basically i want to have a motion vizualisation.
I get data (quaternion) from multiple sensor (15 sensors by now) on a body via serial port (later it should be bloothoth)
they are at both under legs, both upper legs, under torso (hips), upper torso, both shoulders, both upper arms, both under arms, both hands, and the head.
Whith that data i want to have a stickman which moves arcording to the input data wich are quaternions.
So the programm should take the quaternions from the sensors and move the 3d stickman.
And it should have something like a hierarchy.
It would be nice if there is a input where i can say which sensor is placed where on the body by name oder ID or something.
And it should be a standalon program, what i mean by that i dont want to use extra software like blender or unity.

I hope you know basically what i want.

Would this be possible and if yes, how much do you think it will cost?
