Looking to build a fully interactive 3D location map for use in a browser as part of larger web interface.

We're currently building a project based around online (browser-based) users being able to interact with a city map and a handful of 3D buildings. The map/building environment would need to zoom, tilt, rotate, etc. Users will be able to interact with the map and its buildings in order to navigate to further information and options in a more classic browser-based experience. We're looking for both 3D modellers and OpenGL developers to assist with the team.
