To make Opencv local so that I can avoid script fails when there is an update on the open source library

I have an already running woocommerce website that reading text from an image and make pdf report. But the open source opencv keeps updating once in a while that collapse the system. I want to find someone that can help fix this problem by localising opencv dictionary in my cpanel.

I have 4 websites that require the same process. Figure one out and copy it to the rest.
