Tensorflow Integration with our web application

In our web application, we click the picture through the user webcam. In that image(s), we need to identify different objects with their confidence. We need someone who can help us in integrating our application with Tensorflow to fulfill this purpose. We need someone to help us in creating custom models as well as using standard models and training them.
